    It all starts by learning how you learn and think as an individual, and then tailoring my approach to you.

  • COMPREHENSIVE

    Learning the steps to solve individual problems is not the same as learning mathematics. Developing general problem-solving and reasoning skills is important to taking what you learn from me and applying it later.

  • SKILL-BUILDING

    I will help you with your specific questions while also supporting you in the development of your critical-thinking skills so that you are equipped to meet your future academic challenges with confidence.

  • INDIVIDUAL OR SMALL GROUP VIRTUAL TUTORING

    I will meet with you individually in a virtual setting for a personalized tutoring session. I use an interactive whiteboard so the session will simulate a face-to-face setting. Tutoring sessions can consist of a discussion of general topics, working through specific problems, and/or general study skills.

    30-minute session: $45

    60-minute session: $60

    90-minute session: $80

  • HOMEWORK HELP / PROBLEM SETS

    ✶✶✶

    You can send me a single problem or a set of problems from an assignment that you need help with, and I will record video solutions that will show the step-by-step process for solving each problem and a detailed explanation that will help you develop the skills to solve similar problems on your own.

    The cost of this service varies based on the time and scope of the requested video lecture, please request a consultation.

  • INDIVIDUAL OR SMALL GROUP IN-PERSON TUTORING

    I will meet with you at your home or at a public location for a targeted and personalized tutoring session. Prior to meeting with you we will have a discussion on your individual needs. This service is available only in the Greater Boston area.

    60-minute session: $60 + Commuting Time

    90-minute session: $80 + Commuting Time

  • MINI LECTURES

    I will create and record a personalized video lecture that explains the specific topic that you request along with an explanation of how to solve example problems.

  • TEST PREP

    I will meet with you to help you prepare for the math portion of a standardized test by working through practice problems and developing your general test-taking skills.
